Build a Baking Soda Volcano
To build a baking soda volcano you require
6 cups of flour,
2 cups salt,
4 tablespoons cooking oil,
warm water,
plastic soda bottle,
dishwashing detergent,
food coloring,
white vinegar, tray or baking dish or other pan,
2 tablespoon of baking soda.
When you have gathered all the materials,
make a cone using a mixture of 6 cups of flour,
2 cups salt,
4 tablespoons cooking oil and 2 cups of warm water.
Knead the mixture like you knead dough and make it smooth and firm.
After making the cone of baking soda volcano, place the plastic bottle in the tray or baking pan and mold the kneaded dough around the pan in the shape of a volcano. Remove the lid of the bottle and avoid falling dough in the hole. Then, fill the positioned bottle with warm water, red color and 6 drops of detergent powder. Lets the contents settle down in the bottle and then add 2 tablespoon of baking soda.
Once you have added all the ingredients, place a bottle in an open space and slowly pour a drop of white vinegar in the bottle filled with water and food color.
You can notice an erupting volcano immediately after you pour vinegar into the bottle.
